This listing is for a kit to make a needle felted sheep. It includes the following items:
|1||Wool sheep base with feet, head, ears and face already assembled|
|0.25 oz||Curly locks from our sheep sealed in ziplock plastic bag|
|1||36 gauge triangle felting needle in cardboard holder, secured with tape|
|3"||Handspun red yarn|
|1||Tiny gold bell with cute klanger|
Every kit uses wool from our flock of soft shetland sheep. Each kit is numbered, unique and will come in different sizes and colors. I make the base of the sheep, so your job is to add the curly fleece, topknot and jaunty little bell with a fancy red bow! Here is a picture of one of my finished needle felted sheep made from this kit:
I wrote a blog post with instructions on how to make, and include a printed version with your order. Click here to link to the blog.
I use hot glue to assemble all the pieces. Not a big deal to me, but just in case you have any issue with hot glue, full disclosure.
This listing is for a brown faced, brown footed, and brown fleeced ewe with black facial features. She is about 3" long from tail to nose and about the same from base to back line. She was inspired by the ewe that donated the curly locks for this listing, our beautiful Sylvia:
