This fleece is from our ewe English Garden. She is a grey ewe born in 2011. She is our oldest ewe in the flock.
Her fleece weight is 29.4 oz. Heavily skirted. Ewe was coated in the fall before we started giving them hay.
This is a sheared fleece. English Garden has nice crimp, but her fleece isn't super fine. We did not micron test her, but I would guess it is around a spinning fineness of 26 or so. I think her wool is similar in quality to a fine romney.
