Shipping policy

Estimated shipping turnaround is 1 to 2 days on stock items.

Estimated shipping turnaround on Non stock items is 1-8 weeks.

I work very hard to get customers their products as quickly as possible.  Please check my customer reviews and read about how happy my customers are with my service.

All items in stock are ready to ship same day if order is received before 2 pm EST.  If an item is out of stock, it will clearly state in the listing.  You can contact me to find out when the out of stock items will be replenished and I will respond right away.  

I now offer fully insured free shipping on all orders to addresses within the Continental US.  Items that ship free will ship UPS Ground (Surface) or USParcel Post.  If you want to upgrade the shipping service, I will only charge you for the additional cost as a result of faster shipping service.

If you are shipping to a non continental US shipping location, you will see your shipping charges upon checkout.  Shipping provider cost will vary depending on your selection.

Please contact me if you do not receive your items in a timely fashion.  I will work with the carrier to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction.
