Scratch and Dent is the name I've given to the occasional product that has damage or has been preowned and repaired.  I try to provide as much detail on the problem so there will be no surprises.  These products are sold as is, are not returnable, and are no longer covered under warranty.  If you have issues down the road with these products, please contact me and we can troubleshoot them to see how we can get them operating to standard.  Thanks for looking!
